| I happened upon a website the other day upon recommendation from a friend called www.usacoverage.com. If you have any questions about insurance, then this is the place to go. Not only is their customer service great, but their general attitude about the insurance business is equally as great. They offer many services but the ones that caught my eye were their insurance learning center, the ability to get quotes, and compare those quotes with other companies. If you are like me, than insurance is something that you don’t quite fully understand. This website has a part located right on their homepage that can help you learn all about the insurance business. They have features on all the types of insurance that we use all the time (auto, life, home, etc.). When you click on the various types of insurance, it takes you another page which briefly describes the type of insurance and offers more links to more specific information. The next great feature about www.usacoverage.com is that you can get quotes and compare them with other companies so you (hopefully) get the best deal. This company works with many major insurance companies like ING and Prudential, relevant insurance companies. If you are looking to learn more about all types of insurance and want to be on the fast track to getting the best deal, then you need to visit www.usacoverage.com

| The band that i play in held its last show for a while last wednesday, and let me tell you, if any show was worthy for a last show...this was it.
We got a message from a band wanting us to play with them at the South Union Arts. Ever heard of it? Yeah, we hadn't either, but it was in downtown Chicago so we thought it would be fun to play. We got downtown and to try and find the place but for some reason we couldnt. We kept driving past this old, crappy looking Baptist Church and i said to myself, "I freaking hope this is not the place". It was. We walked inside to the sanctuary and the first thing we saw was a neon crucifix of Jesus. A neon Jesus! Wierd. I started to talk to the audio guy and inquire about this ever so interesting crappy looking old baptist church. He said that no one has met there for a long time and its waiting to be torn down for condos. Then, as i walk away, he adds that a bunch of gay, lesbian, and transexuals have started meeting here on Sunday mornings. We played a gay chruch! how exciting. Wierdest show i have ever played though. But it gets better.
The first act to play were a bunch of rappers. Thats cool, but not when they are rapping for a bunch of white middle class kids from the suburbs! We kind of got into it though. I just felt really bad for them because it must have been the most awkward thing ever. But we (tried to) throw our hands up and got that place bumpin'. Then we went up and specifically requested to play with the neon Jesus on. How many times to you get to play under a neon Jesus?
It was a strange, strange show. |
